Delaware County, Pennsylvania

At 191 square miles, Delaware County is the third smallest county in Pennsylvania by area, but the fifth largest county by population in Pennsylvania. There are over 105,500 children between the ages of 5-14 who call Delaware County home. It houses 15 school districts spread throughout the county and 70 public elementary schools attended by students from more than 80 different ethnicities. Upper Darby School District, the eighth largest school district in the state with over 12,400 students, is nestled right in Delaware County.

Connie Lee

Local Coordinator

Connie first began her journey with CEF in 2012 as a summer intern while getting her BA in Youth Ministry from Eastern University. During that time, Connie served as the part-time Administrative Assistant. God called her elsewhere for several years where she developed various skills that enable her to confidently return to CEF as full-time staff. Connie lives in Philadelphia with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Kuma and attends Christ Church in King of Prussia.

Sandy Donnelly

Children's Ministry Specialist

Sandy has been involved in children's ministry for over 40 years. She became involved with CEF in 2000 starting as a volunteer before joining the staff. Sandy is involved primarily with teaching Good News Clubs and teacher training. She attends Faith Community Church in Brookhaven.

Kim Rodkey

Director of Development

Kim was born and raised in Delaware County. She has over 20 years of experience in children's and youth ministry, as well as 20 years in radio promotions. Kim and her husband have one son, 6 chickens, a duck, and two cats. Kim lives by the motto, "see a need, fill a need" and is anxious to serve where needed to further the Kingdom of God. She and her family live in Chester City and attend The Bridge Church in Marcus Hook, PA.

Anne Marie

Administrative Assistant

Ann Marie is currently attending Lancaster Bible College, pursuing a certificate in Bible Concentration. She has been married to her husband Stephen for 30 years and they have 5 children and a 9-month old grandson. Ann Marie attends Aldan Union Church where she enjoys teaching Sunday School to 4th and 5th graders. She also enjoys scrapbooking. Ann Marie Joined the CEF team with a heart to serve in the spring of 2024.
